Endodontic Course Fees in India: How to Compare Price With Hands-On Value

The cheapest endodontic course is not necessarily the lowest-cost way to learn endodontics. The expensive course is not automatically the deepest either. The useful comparison is what you personally practise, what you are supervised on, and what problems the program prepares you to handle.

What actually drives the fee

Course fees usually reflect duration, faculty time, equipment, participant-to-mentor ratio, consumables, hands-on exercises, clinical demonstrations, location and post-course support. A two-hour lecture and a three-day practical program should not be judged by price alone.

Ask what you personally get to do

Before comparing two fees, write down the actual participant workload: access preparations, rubber dam exercises, canal negotiation, rotary shaping, obturation, retreatment exercises, microscope time and case discussions. If those numbers are not available, ask the course provider.

Also ask whether you are simply observing live cases or actually performing supervised work. Those are different educational experiences and should be valued differently.

Are difficult cases included? Is microscope work individual or demonstration-only? Is there post-course clinical support? What exactly is included in the advertised fee?

Once you have these answers, price becomes much easier to interpret.
